The shadow of workplace bullying has touched many people in the live industry, but organisations across the world are stepping up to help ensure workplaces are safe and positive environments. This session, led by the UK’s Creative Industries independent Standards Authority (CIISA), will explain its world-leading set of standards, which set clear expectations for safe and inclusive working environments across music, theatre, film, and TV. The CIISA Standards have been endorsed by organisations including major venues, music studios, labels, theatres, broadcasters, and more.

In this session, CIISA will explain how they can be practically implemented to reduce bullying in the workplace, what services it offers to help in the UK, and what learnings can be used in other territories.
