Universe will dispatch VAT receipts within six weeks of a registration.

If you have not received your receipt six weeks after the date on your booking confirmation email, contact registration@ilmc.com and we will chase this up for you.

Please email registration@ilmc.com to pay by bank transfer if you are unable to book using a credit card.

This option is at our discretion and is not possible for either super early-bird or walk-up rates.

Bank transfer payments may incur a processing fee.

Tickets to the Gala Dinner can be cancelled and refunded until Friday 22 January 2027.

Gala Dinner tables or tickets after the deadline cannot be cancelled, however, we can try to resell them and refund you, minus the admin fee if successful.
